"Yeah...I know." He said, his voice growing quiet for a moment as he hung his head, looking at the rooftop. He seemed to become caught up in his own thoughts for a while, trying to figure out what he was doing up there. But soon enough he turned ad strode toward her. "That's not important right now though." His expression remained serious as he drew close to the woman, intentionally looking right through the slits of her mask to stare into her eyes. A second later and his hand was on the edge of her mask, the ceramic smooth under his fingers.

Carefully he pushed upward, a bit more cautious than he normally would have been, mainly because he didn't want to hear about it from her again. On days like this one he really hated that thing that prevented him from seeing her face properly. "Lan Fan." He started but cut short before muttering half under his breath.
