Despite the fact that the cold didn't affect his artificial kryptonian biology, he still wore normal clothing over his suit. Where most would be bothered by the extra clothing, he hardly noticed it was there. The black coat jacket he wore over a sweater was buttoned at his waist and the tan slacks on his legs stood out against the gray building he was sitting on, and the black shoes he wore dangled a couple of feet above a window.
When his thoughts starting to drift uncomfortably close the depressing ponderings of whether he could even be considered a person, a woman that had flown through the air entered his view. This image had been so sudden and abrupt to him that his hand slipped off his chin and his head fell forward slightly. When he regained his composure his eyes were instantly drawn to her chest. Not for the reason most young men his age would have done, but because she wore the same shield, the same crest that was on his suit. Sure it was different, but it was hard to mistake it for anything else. Before he could think any more on the issue his eyes moved up to find that she was staring right at him. All those stories down, no one had seen him, let alone looked up at all. Instinctually he rose from his seat on the edge of the roof into the air above the building. What could he do? Was she angry, did he just do something wrong, again or was she just going to start fighting with him like the girl with the blonde hair did?
Of all the snow, cold air, and sharp gusts of wind the only thing frozen was him.
